Celebrate the spring and nature during April School Vacation Week at Coggeshall Farm Museum! Learn about how historical agriculture practices and domestic life impacted the environment, with comparisons to modern life and agriculture. Help prepare Coggeshall’s Kitchen Garden for the upcoming seasons by turning beds and planting onions, peas, and parsnips and take home your own “plant a seed” kit. Be sure to also check out our textile demonstrations and meet our pigs and chickens!
